Cancellation: Once order has been approved in the system, cancellation cannot be done.
Refund: No refund will be entertained.
Replacements criteria:
1. Bottles with minor scratches and dents are not allowed to be replace.
2. Please do put a paper with your order number and reason for return in the package otherwise, the Replacement process may be delayed.
3. If bottle is having an Issue with the cap, then only cap replacement will be offered but not bottle.
